About the Healthy Start for Growing Families Program

The Healthy Start for Growing Families Program works with moms and dads who are currently pregnant, postpartum or parenting a child younger than 18 months old. The program aims to reduce racial and ethnic differences in the rates of poor birth outcomes and to ensure everyone has the same access to care. Family Health Navigators work to improve healthy birth outcomes by supporting families and connecting them to resources. All services are free.

We serve families in these Milwaukee zip codes and all of Racine County.
