Our Services

All Healthy Start for Growing Families Program services are free. Family Health Navigators work with moms and dads to support them in having a healthy birth experience and healthy child. Navigators partner with families to create individualized goal plans, connect them to resources and help them achieve their goals.

We help families get connected to resources for medical care, mental and behavioral health support and treatment for alcohol and other drug use. We can help you get insurance, find a doctor, a therapist, a psychiatrist and treatment providers as needed.
